Home Departments Emergency Management

The City of Kewanee Emergency Service and Disaster Agency (ESDA) has established a network of trained volunteer weather spotters that can respond during times of severe weather.  This network of volunteers provides real time ground observations to the City of Kewanee Emergency Managers and to the National Weather Service office in the Quad Cities who can use that information to save lives.
