Water bills for the East side of town (301 accounts) were emailed and mailed on December 31st. If you signed up to have it emailed, and did not receive it, check your SPAM/JUNK folder. It is coming from "noreply@locis.com" and we have received reports that the emails are landing there. If you have any questions, feel free to call City Hall.
