On behalf of LRS, the City of Kewanee announces changes to daily curbside collection to improve operational efficiency and better serve residents. These changes aim to reduce delays and ensure more consistent service across the city.

Recycling will be collected first on your designated collection day, followed by trash collection. Residents may notice changes in the timing of their trash or recycling pickup due to these adjustments. Please remember that LRS has until 7:00 PM to complete trash collection, and residents are asked to place their bins curbside by 6:00 AM on their scheduled collection day to ensure timely service.
