As the school year ends and the summer approaches, the Kewanee Public Works Department will switch to summer working hours. Effective Monday June 10th, hours of operation will be 6am to 2:30pm. This does NOT include City Hall or the Transfer Station. It DOES include the Cemetery and Sanitation. This means your garbage/recycling/landscape/brush/large items may be picked up earlier than normal. Please remember to have all items out by 6am on the day of pickup.
