Sewer
The City of Kewanee Street Department maintains the City’s storm and sanitary sewer lines. Repairs, clean outs, and maintenance of lines are routinely done. Sewer lines can be marked in the street by contacting the Illinois utility locating service “JULIE” by dialing 811. If you are experiencing problems with sewer back up, please contact a plumber. If the plumber can verify that there is an issue on the City's side/equipment, please have them contact City Hall at 309-852-2611 Ext 222.
