Auxiliary Police

The Auxiliary Police is comprised of a group of volunteers who have an interest in law enforcement and service to the City. These officers may have an occupation in another field, students or those people who just have time they wish to donate. The special volunteers meet monthly and assist local officers during special city events, traffic situations, crime scene security or just when added security is required. Anyone interested in the Auxiliary Police program should contact the Deputy Chief of Police for the basic requirements.
